1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vibetype ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your purchase of a subscription or lifetime plan, Vibetype grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on your Apple Silicon Mac devices. The lifetime license provides access to the software version available at the time of purchase and lifetime updates as defined by the purchase agreement.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer both Annual subscriptions and Lifetime licenses. Prices are determined by your region at the time of purchase. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application. The Application is intended for personal and professional dictation use. You may not distribute, share, or resell your license key.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to provide highly accurate offline transcription, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the speech-to-text output. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vibetype or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.
