1. Local Processing First

Vibetype is built with a fundamentally different architecture: it operates entirely on your local device. Your audio, speech transcripts, and processing are handled offline. We do not upload, store, or transmit your voice data to any remote servers.

2. Data Collection

Because Vibetype runs locally on your machine, we do not collect telemetry, usage statistics, or analytics regarding your dictation content. We cannot see what you dictate or how often you use the application. Your data remains strictly on your device.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription or lifetime license, payment processing is securely handled by our third-party payment partners. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. We only store the minimal information necessary to maintain your license key, order history, and subscription status.

4. Updates and Licensing

The application may occasionally communicate with our license server to verify your subscription status and check for software updates. This process only transmits your license key and current app version. No personal dictation data is ever sent during these checks.
